A: All our mugs are designed and printed in the USA! 🇺🇸
Q: What sizes are your mugs?
A: We offer 11 oz and 15 oz mugs — perfect for everything from a quick morning coffee to an epic caffeine fix.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We process orders in 1-2 business days, and shipping takes 5-7 business days within the USA. And the best part? Shipping is free!
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yep! Free shipping on all orders across the USA — because you deserve it.
Q: Can I return or exchange my mug?
A: Absolutely! You have 30 days to return or exchange your mug. It must be unused and in the original packaging. Just reach out to us at support@izaveta.com to get started.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Right now, we accept PayPal. We’re working to add more payment options soon!
Q: Do you sell my information?
